HOW TO SPEED UP THE WINDOWS 7

1. Go to run and type in "regedit".

Regedit Location - HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\ Control \ Session Manager\Memory Management\Prefetch Parameters "0"

2. Go to the start menu and type in windows features. disable games if you don't use it and go to microsoft net frame. maximize and enable the two check boxes. disable tablet pc components.

3. go to run and type in %temp% and delete everything you can in that file.

4. go to the start menu and type run and open it. type in "prefetch" and open it. delete everything you can in it and your windows 7 computer/laptop should improve.
